1. Maiden Rock Retreat: “The perfect retreat for groups and events”
The beautifully restored creamery is nestled next to Lake Pepin in the heart of Maiden Rock Wisconsin. The space offers lodging for up to 16 with two private apartments and two first level bedrooms with shared handicap accessible bathroom. These apartments, like areas throughout the building, still have some of the original features from the days it operated as a creamery. The grand hall is a stunning gathering spot with views of the Lake and is perfect for events and reunions. Also available is The Julian House, just up the street for the Creamery. The Julian house, built in 1898, was one of the original homes in Maiden Rock. Original woodwork, hard wood floors, stained glass and many other features add to the charm of this beautiful home. A fully renovated kitchen and bathroom will ensure your comfort while enjoying this historic home. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 with a queen bed in each and 1 with a bunk bed, plus a full bath upstairs and half bath on first floor. It is located one block from Maiden Rock Retreat and can offer additional space with your Maiden Rock Retreat rental or can be rented independently.
2. Pepin Motel: “A classic motel within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the river. ”
The Pepin Motel is an excellent choice for travelers visiting Pepin, offering many helpful amenities designed to enhance your stay. Given the close proximity to Little House Wayside (3.0 mi), guests of Pepin Motel can easily experience one of Pepin's most popular landmarks.
